Those are not bad at all. I like #2 the best but feel that you loose something in the B&W conversion. Here is the shot with the CYAN removed from the meters and a bit of contrast added with Smart Sharpen set to 20 - 20.

I like the parking meters, very creative.

I like the BW conversion, it puts me emphasis on the lines and the meters.

Our meters actually do have that blue-ish tint to them, but I like how strong the silver/gray looks against the other colors.
