Ugh this decision is ripping me apart...after scaling the forums for an answer I still can't decide...Macbook(black) at 2.16 maxed out at 2gigs of ram or macbook pro entry level 2.2 with base 2 gigs of ram...

I am not a gamer, I like to do some photo editing...does the video card difference really matter that much..its just with my student discount I can get so much more bundled with the macbook(extra battery, aperture, mouse, ram)

but then again...the macbook pro gives me room to grow as far as upgrading is concerned..well at least the hard drive and ram...

is the pros performance that much better? Or should I think of the long term and how I won't need to buy something new just upgrade in the future...

I guess I wouldn't do that much heavy editing on the laptop considering the screen size, but, it would help from time to time with touch ups

aye....

please help!

Ha ha! I want a bank that says "you're only allowed to buy a Mac". Maybe they'll tell me I'm only allowed to buy a Porsche!
