Excellent Kaddafy,

Judging by the Exif you reversed a lens directly to the body, I'm gonna say the kit lens.
Great shot.
What was the actual aperture set to before you reversed?
Also bumping the ISO to 200 will give you slightly faster shutter speeds even though you used a flash.

A pic of the set-up would be nice.

thanks to both!
i don't have a picture of my set up but its easy!i reversed the lens hand held it into the camara and shot it!and i the on camera flash!and i don't go further than the 1/200!
