Hi, Wu. Or should I say, "Mooooo, Wu?"

I've been wondering how the folks are doing in Africa. I can't wait to hear the stories and see the photos. I throroughly expect to hear Jake say he was frightened by a 'loin.'

It is rather sad for a grown man to be frightened by a loin:lol:

Aaaccckkk...all the vending machines are out of order....just had to run to the quickie mart for cold beverages. Even with he AC on, this room is warm!

Hi wu.....glad to hear you are settling into your new abode. I have a brother and dear friend in Texas but they have been wet all spring/summer.

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

1 block....it was do-able and worth it. My diet A&W Rootbeer is wonderful!!

Of course this wedding would have to hit during one of the biggest heat waves of the year. I am limiting the outdoor shoot to 20 minutes.

Hi wu.....glad to hear you are settling into your new abode. I have a brother and dear friend in Texas but they have been wet all spring/summer.

The rain has pretty much tapered off now. We've had brief thunder storms most afternoons the past few days. supposed to rain this week, though.
IT has either been muggy or hot or both since I've been here and I don't have good ventilation even if I could keep the windows open. I'm scared to see my electric bill! Surely can't be as bad as that huge old Craftsman I just moved from, though.

Good luck on the wedding shoot tomorrow.

The new grip's backward-compatile with the 20D and 30D; if it'd had the AF-ON button there'd have been connection problems up in the battery compartment (where the WFT-E3 doesn't go).

64x. That's what? 6 stops? You simulating moonlight at high noon or something?

Yes, I kind of thought it had to do with the backwards compatibility with the 20D and 30D... I still think a bit bad though.

ND64 is about 6 stops yes. Or about the same that you would get with two ND8. It is pretty dark :)
