Using that criteria, Best Buy has been losing ground. Their customer service has actually improved.

They deliviered a washer/dryer to one of the rentals last week, found a blemish on one of the units, arranged to have another one delievered same day, and sent me a $50 gift card for my trouble.

That sort of conscientiousness was unheard of a year ago.

The only thing wrong with that picture is your belief that there's anything wrong with it. I'd say it's pretty darned good.
