Which Mini would you take home? (take into account specs and price of course)

2.0GHz and add that extra gig of ram. No question.

I would get the faster one with the bigger drive. The Mini is too hard to upgrade/expand, and you might as well start off with the biggest driv e you can. $200 is not a lot of money in the long haul.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

I finished editing my Sept. 3rd wedding...hooray!!! I have my next one scheduled for Nov. 9th, then springtime (April). I'll be glad for the break this winter.

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

Well since it is quiet in here...

I am leaning towards "C" --- I love the economics class due to the subject - but my teacher can't speak English very well, so it is hard to understand. Everyone has issues and talks to him afterwards... :( oh well...

The law of demand states that as the price decreases the quantity demanded it increase... SO, does "C" look like the right answer? :-D

I agree with C, Scott.

Permie Update:

Some of you know that Lisa went on a 7 hour whale watching tour through the San Juan Islands today. She just called.....

It was a total bust. Not one whale. Only a couple of Sea Lions and some porpoise, but that's it. She froze her tush off for nuthin'.

Bummer.

But did she puke? That's what we really want to know!;)

Take a picture, it lasts longer (external link)

Sounds good to me. :)

When I get serious about the Mac I will probably splash out on something bigger, but the Mini will still remain useful (whoever said you were limited to only ONE computer? There are already FIVE in this house.. and ONE person.. talk about work following you home).

I am thinking perhaps the iMac.......GOD FORBID. ;)

I remember how we laughed at the iMac 10 years ago. It really was pretty awful. Flourescent colors and glacial performance as well as OS 9. Didn't work with a whole lot of stuff. Defied imagination.

How ironic that now the iMac is something I actually might want to own....

Nope. No pukage. She done good. She said she was too cold to puke.

Just read a thread/post that irritated me. It was in Weddingzakistan, of course. Some regular WF poster totally flamed a newbie for not using the search function to discover the data he requested. Then all the other compatriots rallied around the flamer saying that he wasn't off base at all for his comments.

I guess Mo's thread didn't work that well.

Nope. Wedding forum.

There was a lens thread in the wedding forum that had one mentioning to Read the FAQ and someone else also saying to look at the FAQ.
