Some great looking horse flesh out here Zane. Lots of Paints/Pintos. We also passed a lot of fields of sunflowers, agri crops here, but their blooms are spent, would have made some great shots a month ago I should imagine.

Thanks Max, I usually try for at least a shutter of 250 with action but; sometimes it just isn't possible. Some motion blur, IMHO, helps tell the story

I searched for this old post because I shared the lolcats URLs with a friend yesterday and wanted to give her this one, too. I never really checked these cartoons when you originally posted this, but I did now. After looking through a few dozen of them, I have an extremely hard time believing this is true. These things can't possibly date back to 1912! I'll bet they're no older than this year and it's just a marketing scheme someone cooked up to sell a few t-shirts...

We got a new bed for our cat Puck, we often call him Puckdini the Magnificent.

Pucks most favorite spot to sleep is under the computer desk, on top of the usb hub facing the fan from the computer...he's so weird. USB hub's buzz when they are on and the computer blows out warm air.
