Digital Framing

It looks so much better when people post their work with a frame around it - how do you do it? Is there a program or a plug in for CS2?

Yes there are actions and plug-ins for CS available, I would google it.
I had some for PS7, but didn't install them in CS, really never used them.
Personally I feel that adding frames in this forum, however good they look, takes away your chance to show as much of your picture. Limits in size and dimention.
Although a nice drop-shadow/bevel does give good separation from the page.

Keep in mind that whatever is next your pic will influence how your eye sees it. Seen this?
