Fogot to turn nosie reduction off...

I took this long exposure when I was in the Tetons a few weeks ago and forgot to tun noise reduction function on. Is there any way I can get rid of all those red dots in the sky?

Have you tried Dust and Scratches filter?

that seemed to work fairly well, now if I had only shot the picture without that tree on the right it would be perfect.

My try...While it didn't remove, I did desaturate. Not noticeable now, hopefully it is okay?
