Hmmm... AF points aren't showing up in Zoombrowser EX. I have it set up in the camera so show AF points selected when chimping, but I don't see it when chimping and it's not showing up in Zoombrowser EX either. What gives, eh?

Might be some simple oversight on my part. I have been known to catch a case of the dumbass from time to time.

Just double checked all my settings and all seems well, Dan. What's weird is that the AF focus point will show up in a photo once in a while (during review - like 1 out of 30 shots or something), but most of the time it's not there. That's why I'm hesitant to chalk it up as user error.

Well blow me down. I just figured it out. I took a series of shots using two methods when focusing. Let me first say that I use the * button to focus and the shutter release to meter and make the exposure. In other words, the old cfn. 4-1 method if you will. What I found is that once I achieve focus I release the * button and make the exposure. This results in the AF points not showing up during playback or when viewing in ZB EX. However, if I hold down the * button while making the exposure simutaneously, the AF points show up every single time!

Bottom line, user error. :(
