I need more magnification.......the MPE65 is not good enough.

You will need a focusing rail for this sort of stuff, the very high magnifications that is, which means, a tripod too. Handholding isn't an option anymore, unless you want to take 1000 shots for a single kinda in-focus image. Also, because of extreme DoF limitations, you may want to start stacking images. At these magnifications I consider it impossible to do stacking without using a tripod and a focusing rail.

Thanks Wim!:) Unfortunately, tripod is not an option either as I trace bugs around all the time :( You also have a good point regarding DOF :)
