Your macro works are amazing for such a tiny camera :-)

The flower studies are very good. Love the saturated colors of the eye.

Tou have boosted my confidence with your kind words. :lol: I recieved a private message from this forum telling me that if i want some feedback for my pictures i should post maximum of 2 here. However someone on the forum told me that photopics would be the best place ?!

pbyrne,

I think what they meant in the PM is that to get the most out of your critique post you should limit them to a couple. If you want more photos critiqued then make multiple posts ;-)a

Not all readers will bother to look through a gallery, and if you post only a couple images at a time then the feedback can be more driected and more meaningful.

You have a good start with the s500, keep it up!

Hello Peter,
I like your buttercup photo but might I suggest you crop it rather than have all the empty space.

I also like the eye photo too and the angle of it in the frame.
