ok, i really need some help here. up till now, i always ordered my prints through Smugmug (normally smaller sizes with the largest being 24x36) and i have always been super happy. however, i just got an email from someone that wants to buy one of my images but he thinks that 16x24 is too small. i am guessing he wants serious poster size but the problem is that smugmug won't let me print that size for this particular image. the main problem is that i do not have any idea on how to get an image ready for printing as far as upsizing and all that stuff. what i need from one of you expert is a crash course in how to do that so i can be ready to sell such prints if there is a demand. idealy what i would like to do is send the file that i would like to print to one of you and have you upsize it for me and explain to me exactly what you did. i am having a real hard time understanding the whole printing issue so any help would be greatly appreciated..

Use these guys (external link), read their FAQs. Basically don't do any upsizing, do only mild sharpening, and leave the rest to their RIP.
