Hey guys, it's been a while since I've posted. It's good to have something to contribute again.

If you head out into the Florida Everglades, make sure to watch your back. They're watching from up on high, and also from down below. :(

Taken with my 70-200IS and 1.4

Nice of you to pop in, Joel!

Amazing captures, very different from each other, but I love them both :)

Oops! I just realized I might have posted this in the wrong category because of the gator. Moderators, please feel free to move it if you deem necessary.

Thanks Gary. I printed a 16x20 of it and was amazed at how well it printed. It's the first time I printed a pic that large taken with my 1.4 TC and I wasn't sure how it would turn out.

Mikel, that gator was huge. I didn't stay in front of him too much after taking his "portrait". I'm pretty sure he was sizing me up. :(

Both are great shots, but that first one is amazing. I love the light and how sharp it is, well done.

Great hawk shot, and not bad on the gator for a running shot over the shoulder.

Nice captures Joel. I really like the pose of the hawk.

I suppose that you can post the Gator in the "Birds" forum since birds supposedly eveloved from reptiles! ;)

Nice shot of the hawk. The aligator is also cool, but why the B&W. How does it look in color?
