Looking for a book service here in Canada to take my pics and bind them in a book. I looked at MPIX and some others.

Does anyone know if there is one in my neck of the woods.

I have seen some books where the pictures look flat, and awful specifically Blurb.

Thoughts, experiences?

Not my experience. I've done 2 books with them & they are very good.
They do recommend that you print a proof book, if you have monitor calibration issues.

Do you mean Blurb turned out good or MPIX?

You can look at Pikto (external link) who are in Toronto. Just about any pro lab can put you in contact with this product, whether they do it themselves or farm it out.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

thanks ssim have you used them before, it looks like they have pricing per book and then a whole lot off of other charges like set-up fees, etc etc. that are tacked on to this?

I have not used them myself but did see a couple that they have done for a friend of mine and they are excellent quality. I saw the extra add on charges too, I don't know if this is customary or not.

Blub should be pretty good, considering POTN uses it for their book.
