Water filter test. Poor lighting, but better then I expected.

Wow, thats a filter? who makes it, I like the effect


Canon 40D, Canon Rebel Xti Canon 28-135 IS, Sigma 25-70, Canon 50mm 1.8, and one magical bag of photography skills... wait haven't found that yet.

For the questions of how and what filters:
I used a filter in ACDSee Pro. The layering was done in PS. I have used a few water filters with PS, but never found a good free plugin.
