I search and search every single night home and at work. I've never been able to find at the end of an auction a "deal" on a lens. To some on here im sure what i dont think is a deal would be. But saving $50 or 100 to me isn't a deal.

I've tried ebay and will continue to search.

But has anyone had success at garage sales, flea markets, estate sales? Should you low ball an offer in hopes the seller has no clue what they are selling?

ebay has always been a stretch for me... I've bought all my toys from proper stores. I've just conjured up the courage to buy a 30D body from one of the members on the forum...

I doubt you'd find a "deal" on a lens from ebay anyhow. That person would have to acquire lenses that "fell" out of the back of a shipping truck...

eBay is a seller's market.

Stick around here or go over on fredmiranda.com's forums.
