Just starting out with LR and CS3. And while I already know I'm going to have to make some changes in my computing horsepower (CS3 really isn't happy with only 1Gb of RAM...), I'm pretty happy with the resulting .jpg as it displays on the web. Some curve adjustments in LR and just a resize and USM in CS3 and here's the final result:

Thanks for the input.

As for my monitor, it gets "Spyder'd" weekly so yes, it's calibrated.

Like I said, it's a first effort with a new workflow. But, it does look the same all the way through (good, bad or indifferent...!)
