RAW conversion to JPEG in PS CS2

Edit > Convert to profile.
*Don't* use assign.
Have a read in the link from my sig. If you don't know about color management, use sRGB.

Sure enough, I merely opened the RAW image, THEN did a SAVE AS in PS and wa la, it's 3.89Mb! However, I don't know how to change it to sRGB. Do I need to change a setting somewhere within PS to get that option to come up in this screen?

I see under Edit, there is Color Settings, Assign Profile and Convert to Profile...

And wouldn't I want the sRGB to come up in the window above all the time?

As Rene mentioned use Edit > Convert to Profile.
