Well i spotted this dragon fly on our Japanese Maple. It decided to let me get up close. Then I left for the pond across the street where i found this robberfly triple stack. I think a robberfly caught a robberfly. Then that robberfly got caught also. Then when i came back the dragonfly was still in the same spot. Amazing :lol:

I couldnt really get the third robberfly in the picture fully. But you can see its rear end. :lol:

Good captures - thought you meant you had been focus stacking a robberfly
Can't quite make out what's going on with the robberflies but think it's fairly common for the male to present the female with lunch before mating (in this case another robberfly) so the female does not eat the male attempting to mate.
3- robberflies in one shot and I still haven't got a shot of a single robberfly !
