I would say that is one of the better NY pictures I have seen

If it weren't for that modern building in the lower left, the shot would look like it was taken in the 1930s. Very nice.

I'll be staying in North Bergen and look fwd to going to this park to take pics. I was also going to take pics at the pier across from Houlihan's and also from Blvd E.

You definitely have the "Magic Eye"... I particularly like how you see the photographic value in things like the abandoned pier. There are tons of abandoned and run-down places and things around the five boroughs that are set against a backdrop of the hustle and bustle of everything else. They almost always catch my eye, and if you can compose it a certain way, it has great storytelling value. Great shots!
