The Elusive Japanese Bee - 1st macro

So here's my first attempt at macro, a random bee near the office.

It's also my first attempt at using a fully manual lens, so it's a challenge for me ..:~(

any c&c will be much appreciated!

ps. I'm using a FD mount Cosina 3.5f 100mm macro with a no-glass adapter ring.

I agree it's a little bright on my screen also, dial in a little exposure compensation. maybe about -2/3.

I think my monitor is generally dark ...
I'd upgrade but I think I should save for a flash :p
