HELP? Image looks like shot through a screen

Here's another heron...I like herons...
shot with the 10D/300/4.5 Nikkor...ISO400/600/f:​8

When YOU open the closer cropping, does the image look like it was shot through a screen? Only to have the "screen mesh" disappear when looked at full resolution?

HTTP response: NOT FOUND | MIME changed to 'image/png'

and a closer cropping of same...when clicked note the message at the top or icon at the bottom that you to click the image again to see full res. (with no screen mesh)
