I was looking for some info on red eye reduction if there is a really good way to do it. I have a really good pic taken in Ireland at Bunratty Castle that this badbiper has really bad red eye. I'm thinking pixel by pixel isn't the best. Anyhow, I stumbled on this:
http://www.planetphotoshop.com/tutorials_photo.html (external link) where you click on the one that says: Camera RAW Color Spaces
"Why do my RAW images look so much worse in Photoshop than they do in the Camera RAW preview window?" Has that been happening to you? If so, let me whisper softly those two words that strike fear into the hearts of even the bravest: "color management."

Chances are really high that it may not be as bad as you think!
