Canon 400D with BG E3 grip, canon 17-55 f2.8 IS, canon 100-400 L IS, kenko 1.4x t-con, velbon DV 6000 tripod, all carried in a tamrac expedition 5 backpack.

Very nice shots of this bird. It looks a whole lot like our Robin, except the colors are wrong. I wonder if it's related to the thrushes? :)

As soon as I saw it I thought it was some weird mutation of a N.A Robin. Nice bird.

Thanks guys,yes it is an english(european?) blackbird,she's quite friendly but the males hah just try and take a snap of them and they're off.
