Photoshop CS3, Bridge CS3, or Lightroom 1.1

Is there a way to select a group of images with varying exposures/shudder speeds and allow the software automatically match each image as closely as possible to a given histogram? --or rather, a perfect-model histogram?

I think this would be a wonderful plugin, if the software doesn't already offer this feature?...

I'm already aware of Batch Processing & Syncing...., but I'm looking for something a bit more consistent that allows the program action to customize slightly to each image's unique exposure, etc. Consistency is what I'm after...

You may be able to create an action using the MATCH COLOR adjustment under IMAGE > ADJUSTMENTS.
