Yep... the 70-200 2.8 IS is still $1500 using the psmay code linked in post #5. I had it on my stored in my wish list back in May but never purchased. I musterd up the courage to check what the currnet price was, as I want to try this lens out.
Was suprised to find the code still good. I thought it had expired already.
So, of course, I took that as a sign from the heavens and picked one up an hour ago...

Sitting here...half expecting B&H to call me and say it was a mistake! LOL!!

ok wait now i'm confused --- how did you guys get the items to be at these prices? if i type PSMAY in the search i don't find any lenses --- and if i search for the lenses they're set at retail

is it because you had put them on your wish list when psmay was still active or something?

I dunno how they did it but following that link sent by moff_quigley I just saved $200

You can't search for the codes, you used to be able to but B&H has locked down security so you can't any longer. You need to know the specific code and enter it to find the deal.

dang... wish i would have asked before i bought my lens --- oh well, too late now haha

and you still see LOTS of people here sell used with UT or US date code for $1500. Crazy.

Anyone know of a code for the 5D?

The PSMAY code for the 5D is actually more than the current normal pricing.
