Ok, so when i start importing RAW's to lightroom it does amaizingly oranges it up (without me doing anything ) , before i thought it somehow was due to the sreen calibration but later on i noticed that this ONLY appens with RAW files.

i already made shure when i'm importhing pictures, that i've got developing settings set to "NONE".

here's a print of it puttin my image orange, however this only appens with REDs.

and here is my test subject :D

after that took my camera to my garden, and found this red flower so i quicly took an quick shot shot of it. ( kind of a bad shot i know )

Yeah, this is a pretty well-known problem with ACR/LR for alot of Canon users, me included.

2 problems here:

1) Canon keeps much of info in their RAW format proprietary. Means Adobe and other must reverse engineer and create their own profiles to display images for each camera model that comes out. (Manufacturers REALLY need to open up some of this information.)

2) Adobe's profiling apparently works for some cameras, and not others (They only use 1 or 2 cameras, and 2 shots from each to create a profile... not enough? flawed process? I don't have the expertise to say.)

The only way around this is to create your own calibration preset after adjusting the image to how you would like it to look. Even this won't work for ALL images, as apparently Canon's own programs can read info embedded into the RAW file and make its own adjustments on an image by image basis.

Owell, i quitly prefer converting to JPEG thru dpp, and then process it on LR, but that'll eat some of my time.

Thanks.
