Hi!

A quick question for you color guru's out there....

Why is there a slight color difference between the look of my pics in LR vs. PS2?

For PS2 I'm using my custom monitor profile that was created when I bought my Spyder.

Thanks

Set the color space in photoshop to sRgb, Adobe RGB or whatever you use. Never set your monitor profile in photoshop, it should only be set inside the windows control panel, or the control panel of your hardware calibration system.

Thanks Tim.

What about LR? My Camera is set to sRGB, to I assume I should use the same setting in LR, however when I change the default setting (in the Preferences/External Editing tab) to 16bit sRGB it let's me know that it will not be able to display the full range of colors.

What do you use?

Thanks!

LR uses ProPhotoRGB as working space by default. Which is a good choice if you know the basics of color management.

Have a read in the link from my sig.

Keep everything set on sRgb until you know enough to answer the question yourself. Your post is quite hard to read because it's one huge sentence without a clear question or point.

I've never used lightroom so I doubt I can help.
