I like the drummer! I don't need to see the guys' panties. They seem a little soft but I think your file sizes are small and it may be compression ... do you sharpen after resizing?

#1,#2,#3 and #5 are very youthful. #4 does nothing for me. Two guys jumping around on the stage and one guy's drawers are showing *yawn*. Love #7 gotta love chick drummers. You've got some good grabs.

I like the timing in #1, 2, 3 and 5.
Some nice captures, but some technicalities need a bit of work: (Exposure and) focus are off on some.

I'm quite new to all this so what exacty do you mean, should I be used the sharping filter in photoshop after resizing?

do you recommend any reading material to help me with this?

There is a link to Manyk SRS in the PA FAQ sticky thread. That's for resizing and sharpening for web.
On the exposure and focus: Shoot lots of images, and get to know your camera, so you know when in will goof up, and you can prevent it
