more saturation in the eyes :) and you'd have a winner imo.

I wish the image was shot with a looser composition. I think I would like the elbows not to be cut off or go to a vertical crop. Less saturation in the eyes would be better, IMHO. The B&W conversion seems a lil flat. More like a grayscale conversion. Cute photo...
