This flower is very strange, never seen such flower.
Do you know what it is ?

Lovely shots Greg. It looks like either a sedum or semperivum put I am not sure based on the flower alone. Would you have a picture with the foliage? Better yet, do you have a picture of the whole plant.

As an experimaent next time, you might try a polarizing filter to cut the glare and saturate your highlights a bit more.

Thanks Irwin.Thanks for the tip on the filter, I would have never thought to use on in this type of shot. I'll have a hunt around in the DB and see what other shots of this I can turn up. I think I have lots of very close shots of the leaves with jumping spiders on them but very few of the whole plant.
