Delicate Arch in Twilight

I just got back from 3 weeks in the Southwest USA, the 4 days spent in Arches National Park were great - this is my favourite image so far.

Delicate Arch is very nice even after the sun has gone, especially since the herds of people disappear.

17mm, f/7.1, 1/50 sec, ISO400

very nice. although i wish the FG wasnt so dark as it looks so beautiful. great colors in the sky.

Thanks, I kept the exposure relatively dark so the pink in the clouds would pop...I might mess around with combining RAW exposures later.

It is a bit dark but I really do like that pink wisp of could in the upper right hand corner. Maybe add some fill light?

The second one is a great example on the colors in late afternoon. Beautiful
