The three type of paper---matte, glossy , and lustre, how do you decide when to use which one? Do you use matte for landscapes, glossy for portraits, or what?

I myself use the 'smooth pearl' paper from Ilford. It's kinda a cross between matte and gloss. -Phil McGuire
