I have just ordered the 10-22 Canon from B&H.
We just returned from vacation and while there my 24-70 just wasn't wide enough for some things.
When I got a chance I started searching here to see what lens seems to be best and decided on this one. My wife doesn't know yet, but I'll just blame you.:D

Considering that you are in Iowa and I'm in California you have permission to tell her that I'm the guilty party. Notice how I only use my initials he he he...

By the way, where in Iowa are you. I am in extreme Northern Iowa, real near the MN border.

Make you a deal. I just ordered the 17-55 IS from B&H Friday. I'll blame you and you blame me, we are far enough apart that both of us should be safe. :)

If you draw a line between Mason City and Waterloo, I'm about dead center.

Well if Im going to take the rap then you might as well send the lens to me to use for a week or 10. Think about it, if you say it was mine and I let you borrow it, the least you can do is to let me use it, that way technically youre not lying to her. Dont keep compoundin lies with lies.....so Ill just PM my address and we'll be all set to go...k?:p

I'm confused. Why would you take a vacation from Iowa? Or did you vacation somewhere else in Iowa?

I took that same combo (24-70, 10-22) on my vacation this year, too.
