Yes, it's a little difficult to see that there is movement captured considering it is a 800x533 size image that's been sharpened. No photoshop trickery going on here. ;)

All post-processing was done using LR. I used CS3 for resizing and sharpening. I meant that I didn't use Photoshop to manipulate the photos to create those streaking lights effect. ;)

On second thought, I must correct myself. I did clone out a hot air balloon that was rising in the background in the first shot. Since the scene was shot using a slow shutter, the rising blurred balloon looked out of place. Hence it was removed via LR trickery. ;)
