He went on to say he'd just gotten a 5D, and Canon just announced a 5D MkII. I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

It is ME who buys stuff that is replaced with an upgraded model the very next day. I have been holding off buying a 5D this time and so Canon got wind of this and have put off the release of the 5DMkII until they know I've weakened. (Anyway I'm pretty sure the release date for the Canon 5D MkII will be on the 22nd of August. How do I know? Well I plan on weakening on August 21st and buying a 5D then.)
