Yep, probably even if passed another dumb unenforceable and unheeded law.
But if passed still some will get ticketed and pay the price, etc.

Yeah, that is true..

i can see it now...the officer was standing right on the corner as the store was being robbed, but, he could not move, since he was clocking the photog to make sure she did not go over her allotted 30 minutes.

I'm likely completely wrong, but I thought I'd heard some banter about laws restricting photography (not sure about the permit piece). I'll see if I can find a reference.

Well, it looks like you're more than likely correct. Bloody government. Still, at least they got the smoking ban in - I'm all for that one
