I saw an image years ago, what looked like a sheet of glasss with water drops on it, and in each drop was the word H2o, it was coloured too, any ideas on how to achieve it?

Sounds like the word H20 was printed (guess about 2-3 cms wide and placed under the glass with the glass about 2 cms above the writing- water drops place on the glass would then refract the word underneath in each drop.
bit like this done with a flower underneath the glass
