TheOutlaw Goldmember 1,213 posts Likes: 1 Joined Aug 2007 Location: central PA More info | i've been doing alot better lately even tho i stopped walking due to not being able to take the kid out in the cold long enough to walk 3 miles. im now down to 293lb i've changed my goal to a realistic 275 for now. i have a feeling that i'll be close to that by march so i can get re-evaluate my goals and hopefully by this time next year be down to 250lb. im also in a photographic slump right now, upgraded to a 20d and a week later i just couldnt seem to make it out of the house due to all the things i need to do everyday between daddy duty, and cleaning up while my girl is at work. hoping to get a couple new lenses and a flash by spring so i can get back into it this spring. just getting out of the house again should help a ton but i think i was walking and lifting too much last time when i was following the thread and was actually building muscle instead of loosing weight, i have a big frame so i couldnt really see the extra muscle just feel it and see my weight staying the same. anyway enough rambling for now Nothing to see here....
