Hi Max, chart looks excellent! With my section of the chart do you mind putting a 2 in front of my weekly weigh ins for the last couple of weeks because I think I got my kilos and pounds mixed up and I still have about 15-20 pounds to go before my goal.

MAX - Great job on the charts! I think I'll try to take my weight down another 8 pounds, so you can put that new goal on the charts if you'd like. I weighed yesterday and no change. (Too many birthday cakes this week past week)

MAX i've lost another kg... total now 6 since i started, but 3 since i logged on here
(hard to keep track of what number i was at when i started here actually - im mainly keeping record from my fattest ever size, cos thats whats going to be significant to me when im done :-) )

my secret: eat very small snacks for breakfast & lunch, and for dinner, eat until i can tell that my stomach has food in it (cos after you first start eating, it still feels like youve had none) and stop before it tells you you're full, put the rest in the fridge for later/next day

Wow, it's been quiet so far this week.

Been busy - I weighted in on Monday but I'm only now managing to post the result!

MAX - I'm down 1lb

Won't do so well this week. It's been a bit stressfull and busy and I've not kept away from the snacks :(

Hey all...just checking in. I haven't posted here for a while. I gained 3 lbs over the holidays but managed to lose 2 again. Weather has been horrible the last couple of weeks so workouts have been limited to just the treadmill and weights at the "Y". I miss my long neighborhood walks:(

Heeeeeelllllllllllllll​pppppppp!

I've been eating so badly this past week and i haven't been to the gym at all. I don't know what's wrong with me. I love going to the gym, I love the way it makes me feel, i enjoy eating healthily, but it's just been something this last week and I've lost all my will to resist the bad food.

I reeeeaaaally need to get back into my mindset and back on track, I still have a bit more weight to lose before I can go on to my maintenance eating program.

Idea anyone? Or just feel free to rous on me!

I work at a inside a shopping mall and my store is right next to the food court and all the smells come wofting in at lunch time.....not good ?!
