Wow, what's happened to us all?? In a secret dark way, I'm glad I'm not the only one who's been a little slack at checking in!

Wanda - awesome awesome awesome!!!

I totally lost the plot in January and it's taken me a while to find my way back to the surface again. But now I'm here, I have new goals (again!) and I'm going steady.

Aiming for 9+ serves of fruit/veg each day and averaging about 7 so far, so good, but still room for improvement. Have cut back on the nightly beer pattern I seem to have fallen into over the past couple of months, so that's a good thing for my body and my pocketbook! Upping the water again and so far drinking between 2.5-4L/day - aiming for 3+ each day.

I'm down 2.2 lbs (1kg) since I restarted myself. I feel that weight loss is unusual and too high, but it was nice to see!

I have several stages in my goal system now: 5 kilos (11lbs) by the middle of April (this may be too optimistic, we'll have to see how my body reacts), an additional 3 kilos (6.6lbs) by the middle of May and another 3 kilos (6.6lbs) by the end of June - grand total 11 kgs (24.2 lbs).

Boy, it seems pretty damned daunting when I spell it out! But my maximum happy weight/fitness has proven to be at 7 kg (15.4lbs) less than I am now, so even if I can get back to that point I'd feel much better!

And I'm trying to make sure to do the photo thing each day, too - of course, most of mine will be of my dogs :) Haven't weighed Dora since my last post, I don't think, so we'll be hitting the scale at the vet next week.

A shot from our walk yesterday - haven't loaded the ones from today's walk yet:

We did 45 minutes yesterday and this morning we did 35 minutes, but hubby came along today so it was worth the shorter time to have him out, too!

I've been snowed in on Tuesdays, my weigh day at the Y, but I finally got to go yesterday. :)

MAX - I am down two pounds. Hopefully it is not all muscle loss from lack of exercise recently. I can't wait for it to warm up enough for some regular walks again.

Oops. Another slacker here - not reported in for a while.

Congrats on the loss, Wanda and Kristin

Despite slacking on checking in - MAX - I'm down 1lb from my last check in 2 weeks ago.

Nice to see some of you again!

I'm no change for the past week. No suprise. Need to get a kick start somehow.

Have been beach walking - it's just so nice outside when the heat isn't crazy! Couldn't weigh Dora this week as the scale at the vet is broken, but we did get there early enough to weigh Tilly (who is now almost 18 weeks old) and she's 33lbs!

Yeah...Quiet on my part due to embarrasment:oops:. Without getting into details, let's just say that I've taken a FEW steps back. I'm on the road to recovery though, and have started my walks again and I'm up to 3 miles a day. Hopefully I'm back on track.
Thanks for keeping up with the chart Max!

It is bikini season soon, and I need to get back in shape too. :p

This was a slack winter exercise wise. Didn't ski much, no dog to take on walks, too frequent trips to the gym, and on, and on. That WILL change right away.

I'm staying steady. Which is NOT good when I've got a long way to go still, LOL.
Good news, I haven't gained. ;)

Now that vacations are over and I'm sucked back into the real world, I guess I'll hunker down and give it another strong start.
