My belly button shows ever so slightly.
This is from when I first started exercising, and I was going through an identity crisis, trying to find out wether Metal or Rap was better for running. The effects of rap on my system were unforgettable, and definitely regrettable.

I've been criticized for showing meself like that, but hopefully this thread will help me look more like an athlete than an overweight rapper. :)

I didn't make it to the gym today :( It's been crazy hectic with school starting.
But, to be honest, it's easy to find 'excuses' :( I pretty much suck.

I'll head to the gym tomorrow. I've danced to the music on the treadmills before. ;) It's fun. And I don't care what other people think...why walk or jog when you can BOOGIE?!?!

Cat, that was a funny video, lol!

I did good yesterday until 9pm. After a meeting they offered us cake and pretzels and townhouse crackers with this dip that had dried beef in it. I passed on the cake but had some of the townhouse crackers with dip. It was very good so I'm sure it had more calories than my budget allows. So for breakfast I only ate a 70 calorie fruit cup. :( Hey, lunch will be here in 3 hours.

I also did not have time to walk yesterday and probably won't today either. But I should be able to get a good workout at the Y on Saturday. The leg machines have really been helping!

Morning Wanda. :) Did the dip you had also have creamed cheese in it?
