Bill Bill tripods are fine for inert objects but for anything that moves get a monopod or continue hand held. You are doing great guns from what you have posted so far. I heard, but don't know for certain, that green lacewings are the larvae of these. no and no mate, definitely Stilt bug and Lacewings (Chrysopidae) are not even the same Order as Craneflies (diptera). Cranefly larvae are known as Leatherjackets and look like legless caterpillars. Toby
