Moonset

I get up rather early in the morning. I see this out my front window. I tried to get some colour out of it but it was too much.

I think this is a great shot. As well as a good moon, you've got nice coulds and detail in the foreground.

The colour is a bit enhanced. Not much. Any more and it looked off. But I was put off that I couldn't capture what my eyes saw.

Yes, it is a red light. I will have to wait until winter to know what it is. I think it may be the Tilbury Cement plant about 8-10kms in the distance.

Those trees are from a small island in the middle of the Fraser River called "Poplar Island" - I'm looking southwest at about 5:45am.

I really dig this. I have been trying to get a show like that for ages. I would heal the hot pixel on trees. Really nice.
