Ive just purchased a set of extension tubes from Jessops here in the UK, they are nice but they have plastic mounts where it couples to the body of the camera, the part which the lens mounts to on the tube is metal though.

Can anyone tell me this, does the Kenko tubes have metal mounts on both sides of the tubes or are they plastic as well?

Thanks,
Nick :-)

Thanks guys, I am taking these other ones back in the morning & ordering the Kenko, they seem much better built!

I have already had connection problems with these tubes due to the plastic mount, the aperture reading as 00 etc..

Nick :-)
