It looks like a hummingbird moth, which are very quick and hard to get a good picture of. I think the picture looks overexposed, maybe try adjusting the levels in PS, or better yet try some different settings or time of day next time....looks like harsh overhead lighting. I kind of like the second shot, a different perspective on a fishing theme.
