It was time for a new printer and I bought ip6700D (got a nice deal as Buy.com was selling it for 105 odd bucks + free shipping - no mail-in rebates :D) Yesterday I sat down to calibrate the printer. After calibration, the test image from digitaldogprinted perfectly and colors matched to my satisfaction. I printed some more photos and they all looked good. Now while printing the below image, the yellow golden tint turned more reddish than I would like. So, question is does the photos need to calibrated individually? I am using Canon Photo Plus glossy and *SP2 as the profile.

I was going through the color calibration sticky today, and found it very nice collection of links. That gives me something to read when I go home today

There is no image there. You'll want to have the color management set up to the paper you are using. Depending on what software you use, you can assign the specific profile for Canon Photo Plus Glossy. Canon printers come with profiles for most all their printers.

Step back please... I'm armed with a camera...

I need to put that image on a different server, so I removed the link. Anyway, I am using the Canon profile for that specific paper. Dont' remember the profile name, but ends with SP2.

I am using PSP XI for printing. The setting for color mapping is Pictures (that is equivalent to Perceptual in PS). Thanks.
