Lightroom preset down loading problem... -- RAW, Post Processing & Printing in photography-on-the.net forums

I have been attempting to load some of the presets for lightroom. I have followed the directions give here: http://inside-lightroom.com/colour.php

When I "right click" I get the option of "New Folder" over "Export". Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
