Hey everybody!

Well, I just got home from the camera store with a neww 100 mm Macro Lens, and I wasted no time. Here's a few from my first Macro Adventure! All I can say is, I'm hooked!

Looking foreward to getting to know the art of Macro shooting, and all you fine shooters!

"A photograph never grows old. You and I change, people change all through the months and years, but a photograph always remains the same. How nice to look at a photograph of mother or father taken many years ago. You see them as you remember them. But as people live on, they change completely. That is why I think a photograph can be kind."

Thanks guys!

Did I mention that I was completely hoked? I just got back from my second outing, where I learned a valuable lesson! Keep aware of your surroundings while chasing bugs in the view finder! I was chasing a mating pair of Dragons, (pictures to be posted shortly) when I found my self knee deep in high suction pond mud!

RacEcaR, funny you should say that about the dragons, so far they are the best modles I've found! They are very mellow around here it seems!

Good start steff.

It is addictive and it opens up a whole new world.

Oh, and yes, you do need to watch where you are going. :D Especially when you are striving to get the shot and focus spot on. Concentration blunts the senses...;)
